Where do you ship? Currently Design With Benefits ships to United States postal addresses, and to Canada (with the exception of a few select products). To ship to another country, please contact us at hello@designwithbenefits.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your order. We hope to begin shipping internationally through our website soon. Sign up for our newsletter to keep updated.

Do you accept international credit cards? Yes, we accept international credit cards. However, see above regarding our ability to ship oversees.

I have a question about my order, or potential order. Can I speak with someone? We're happy to help you. You can write to us at: hello@designwithbenefits.com and we'll respond within 24 hours, often much faster.

What is your Return Policy? Returns are subject to approval by customer support staff on a case by case basis. Only eligible products may be returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery. For eligible items, you must contact our customer support staff at hello@designwithbenefits.com to receive an approval and authorization number. We only accept eligible returns in their original packaging, and items may be subject to a restocking fee. Contact us immediately upon receipt if a product is received damaged, in error, or found to be defective.
